1. Service
Love Letters provides a free tool for creating and sharing digital text letters. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
2. Accounts
Creators sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for keeping access to it secure. Recipients do not need an account to open a published link.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the text you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights.
Published letters are public to anyone who obtains the link. Do not place private information in a letter unless you accept that risk.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or spam content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or access another creator's drafts.
Automated moderation is not part of the prototype. Reports and enforcement procedures must be added before broad public promotion.
5. Publishing and deletion
Published letters are immutable. After signing in, a creator can use My Letters to recover their own published-letter links after navigation or refresh. A creator may choose Delete to permanently remove their letter immediately. The shared link stops working when the record is deleted.
6. Third-party services
The service uses Firebase/Google for authentication and storage, Cloudflare for hosting, and YouTube for optional music playback. Their own terms and policies also apply.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The final public version requires legal review of warranties, liability limits, governing law, age requirements, and dispute handling.
8. Contact
